PAUL MANGAKAHIA

Paul joined the team in August 2010 and his incredible skill-set has already become a real asset. His hard-working, strong and amusing nature has made him a well-known part of the Rarotonga community along with his ability to fix anything. His work with his company Multicontractors has seen him move over 140 houses around the island over the past 24 years.

Helping build the sevens vakas as part of the Ocean Noise project, he voyaged from New Zealand throughout Oceania, returning to Rarotonga in May 2010. He and Nan will join the vaka voyage later in the year.
